This enterprise offered a holistic practitioner networking service in South Australia. Subscribers received a quarterly Directory through the mail to help them refer clients who presented required a range of services the practitioner could not provide.

Partner & Executive Secretary

• Contacted enterprises (letters, telephone) for Directory subscriptions and advertising
• Prepared correspondence and publicity materials
• Coordinated Directory design, production and distribution
• Established client database (Works 3, Access 95) and accounts (manual, Excel 95)
• Organised and chaired Management Team meeting, reporting as required
• Managed all accounts (including A/R and A/P) & prepared to trial balance stage

Reason for leaving:

Partnership dissolved when two of the four proprietors moved interstate for family reasons.
